2009–01–27 Most Strategic Citrix Certified Instructor (CCI) 2008 – James Hsu

James Hsu, the vice president of TH Consultants, was the first CCI to get enabled on Citrix´s emerging products, including XenDesktop and Provisioning Server. As such, he was able to help us train other CCI´s on those products in the Americas. Additionally, he taught our very first live/virtual modality training and was instrumental in helping us work through the issues of this new modality. Throughout the year, he has collaborated with Citrix Education to provide feedback on new courses including XenDesktop and Provisioning Server and offered his technical expertise.

Most Strategic CCI

The "Most Strategic CCI" is awarded to the instructor who has been instrumental throughout the year developing custom training, accelerated offerings, and new delivery of modalities. This CCI has collaborated throughout the year with the Citrix Education team and provided input and technical expertise. This CCI has worked to keep Citrix Education positioned at the forefront of technical education training.
